Manage reliability maintenance effectiveness programs. Facilitate meetings with maintenance/operations over all assets in the plant to find all potential damage/failure mechanisms and building preventative maintenance plans to help keep the assets reliable. Review the data in our work management system from our current PM's along with time between failures to better adjust the time between PM's. Own KPI data - including the following: Availability Factor, Schedule Factor, Plant trip index, Reliability event index, Capacity utilization, RCM's and PMO. Facilitate a review with a small team of critical equipment and systems to identify all failure mechanisms and create PM's as need
