Job Summary : We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Finance to join our Development, Engineering, and Construction team. This position can work out of Houston, TX, Princeton, NJ, or other NRG office locations on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will manage the evaluation of complex commercial arrangements for power generation and storage solutions designed to support emerging large load retail business opportunities. These evaluations will underpin recommendations on critical decisions effecting NRG's industry-leading wholesale supply portfolio from project inception through commencement of operation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate future performance and scenario risk of energy-related development opportunities. Work closely with other internal departments and third parties to gather necessary data and ensure that all modeling assumptions and mechanics are reasonable and accurate.
