In this role, you'll help people own it. Main Responsibilities - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies aligned with business objectives. - Maintain talent pipelines by identifying, engaging, and attracting potential candidates globally via social media, professional networks, and other channels. - Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate data. - Conduct market research and analyze recruitment metrics to generate data-driven insights. - Continuously seek innovative ways to improve talent sourcing and enhance recruitment processes. - Take part in additional initiatives (e.g., employer branding, candidate experience, internal process improvements, implementation of new tools and/or platforms). Core Requirements - Previous experience in talent sourcing, as well as willingness to continue developing within this area of Talent Acquisition. - Analytical mindset, ability to draw data-based insights and conclusions, understanding of key recruitment metrics. - Curiosity, can-do attitude, and commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
