In this role, you'll help people own it. The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values. Main Responsibilities - Partner with managers across all employee lifecycle, providing guidance from onboarding and team development to organizational changes and offboarding; - Coach and develop leaders to grow their people leadership skills and team effectiveness; - Collaborate with other People Partners and stakeholders to develop and implement People strategies; - Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring plans align with business needs and long-term workforce planning; - Design and implement overall engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational, team and individual performance; - Maintain a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify people-related challenges, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions amidst shifting priorities; - Analyze trends and data metrics to develop new solutions, improve processes and drive meaningful outcomes; - Constantly look for areas of improvement and own the implementation of solutions.
