Main responsibilities - Identify key partners and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure, and increase revenue across a diverse range of partner categories, including content partners, rising creators, and new strategic partnership opportunities. - Recruit new partners and research, identify new partnership verticals, target partners that are already in the industry and partners that are new to the space. - Optimize existing partner performance. - Analyze and identify under-performing areas, and work with the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, and other experts) to support the partner. - Periodically monitor performance reports and identify issues and opportunities. - Research new innovative ways & channels to promote our brands and products. - Work by hands-on approach, recognize areas of opportunity and growth, test, analyze, and scale new ideas/approaches. Core requirements - 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships and online marketing - Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing - Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data - Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail -
