About this role
Product Data Analyst Remote, US The Product Data Analyst is responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive product strategy and execution. This role will work closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and support to ensure that data-driven decisions are made throughout the product lifecycle. You will build the framework that provides data and insights to empower our internal product teams that make data driven decisions that grow the business. You will: - Responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive product strategy, adoption and execution for the payment gateway. - Create and own data roadmaps to increase product performance transparency for product stakeholders. - Manage data analytics dashboards to track KPIs and deliver clear, actionable insights to product managers. - Monitor data accuracy, and support proactive investigation. - Support ad-hoc reporting framework where product managers can gather and analyze relevant data including customer/CAM surveys, product usage statistics, and market research. - Conduct opportunity sizing analyses, develop forecasting models, and present data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with Engineering and Data Insights to design, build and document an analytics framework for product experimentation, A/B testing and advanced modeling to support long-term product performance. - Analyze large transaction datasets to uncover trends & opportunities across channels and payment methods (card, ACH, P2P). -
