Our work helps Nium build innovative products, understand and manage risks, and creatively navigate complexity and challenges. About the Role We're looking for a fast-learning and dynamic Senior Corporate Counsel, based in our San Francisco office, to lead corporate governance matters for Nium's global subsidiaries and support governance for our parent company. In this role, you will oversee the management of entities worldwide, including preparing and coordinating board meetings and approvals, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements across our regulatory licenses.
