Market HR Partner, China Shanghai, SH, China Company Description: Job Description: Responsibiities: Provide HR advisory support to the China Operations team, partnering with line managers on employee engagement, performance management, team development, and organizational change initiatives Deliver HR data analysis and insights to track people-related KPIs and support HR decision-making Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, Talent Acquisition, Learning, etc.) to coordinate HR programs and annual cycles including PMP, talent reviews, and employee surveys Lead or support HR projects such as onboarding/offboarding enhancement, team building, and policy localization Serve as employee point of contact for HR questions and concerns, ensuring timely and compliant resolution while fostering positive employee experience through HR communications and initiatives Qualifications: Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Psychology, Management or related fields •Around 3 years of experience in HR-related roles (HRBP, HR operations, recruitment, C&B, etc.) •Fluent English in both oral and written communication is a must •Proactive, quick learner, and strong attention to detail •Strong interpersonal skills and high level of integrity and ownership •Open to candidates from any industry background Additional Information: Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
