Global Retention Senior Analyst Lisbon, 11, Portugal Company Description: Job Description: As a key member of the Global Customer Success team, the primary role of the Global Win‑Back Analyst is to deliver analytical and strategic value through win-back initiatives as part of the organization's client partnership strategy. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders and Consultant to define and deliver against the win‑back insight agenda. The Global Win‑Back Analyst is responsible for providing leadership in strategic analyses to ensure successful recovery and long-term client retention. Responsibilities You will : Key responsibility is to drive win-back initiatives, client satisfaction and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders via analytical strategic projects. Specific responsibilities include: · Lead the analytical pipeline of win‑back initiatives, ensuring a structured and trusted-advisor approach · Define and execute the strategic win‑back analytical agenda, aligning outputs with client business priorities · Translating complex data into actionable recommendations · Provide leadership on strategic analyses to diagnose root causes of churn and identify recovery opportunities · Re‑establish client value by articulating impact, ROI, and long‑term partnership opportunities · Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent execution and accountability across regions · Support the development of best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for sustainable win‑back success A little bit more about you You are a strategic thinker who uses data to inform clear points of view and influence outcomes.
