Field Team Manager Ho Chi Minh City, SG, Vietnam Company Description: Job Description: The Field Manager is responsible for understanding and defining the Universe, defining samples, recruiting the panels, collecting data from the panels and servicing the retailers as well as contributing to strategic planning for the future development of the GfK field department Key Tasks Responsibilities Ensure that the appropriate level of service and support is provided to maximize retailer Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with retailers. Fully responsible for product data quality. checking with Field and Retail Service on the consistency of the panel & panel data, sample stability & market intelligence information pertaining to the data control period Maintain up to date market knowledge on all product categories audited by undertaking regular market visits, at least once a week, to keep abreast of the current and future market offerings, and regularly performing model comparisons to build a high level of product knowledge Ability to deliver high quality presentations to clients and retailers where required Establish the working structure of the Field team to optimize productivity, delegate the appropriate authority and tasks to team members and ensure that all team members have all information necessary to achieve their objectives. Manage field team (20 team members) Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferable in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics 5+ years' experience in Retail Industry (Technical and Durable) and people management High energy with the positive “can do” attitude and optimism Ability to work under the pressure of
