Technical Services Officer 3 Locations AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU- Secret (NV1) TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Description Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Technical Services Officer to join our C-27J team, supporting Continuing Airworthiness and technical governance activities across the fleet. This role is ideal for an aviation trade or engineering professional who enjoys translating complex engineering and regulatory requirements into clear, compliant technical documentation. What You Will Do: Develop and review high-quality technical outputs including Technical Orders, Deviations, Modifications and Special Technical Instructions Support Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) activities in accordance with DASA/CASA requirements Manage technical data receipt, classification, control and configuration management activities Coordinate Airworthiness Directives (ADs) including tracking, stakeholder engagement and resolution Liaise with Engineering, OEMs and internal stakeholders to facilitate Requests for Technical Information Ensure all documentation meets regulatory, contractual and enterprise standards About You : Aircraft trade qualification or engineering qualification Demonstrated experience developing and/or reviewing technical maintenance instructions Strong understanding of DASA and/or CASA regulatory frameworks Experience within Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) environments Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Maintenance Management Information Systems Detail-oriented, organised and confident engaging across technical and stakeholder groups What we Offer: We have built our benefits to help you define your possible. 18 weeks paid parental leave Flexible Working Options including - Hybrid Working, 9-day Fortnights, Volunteer leave, Varying start and Finish times to suit your family needs. 2 Weeks Paid Reservist leave
