Under general direction, leaders in this role manage all aspects of site business and operations, achieving all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations • Develops multi-year Operations and Maintenance budgets • Ensures all budget targets are met • Oversees and approves procurement activities of the site • Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications • High School Grad / GED • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience • Experience: 5+ years • Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
