Esta posición es clave para liderar el Taller de Herramentales de Moldeo, desarrollando al equipo técnico, asegurando la confiabilidad de los moldes y eliminando pérdidas crónicas que impactan el OEE, scrap y estabilidad del proceso. Principales responsabilidades: Liderar y desarrollar a Tool Makers y Técnicos de Moldes bajo una cultura de mejora continua. Asegurar la confiabilidad de los moldes mediante análisis de causa raíz y acciones correctivas permanentes. Validar diseños de moldes nuevos y cambios de ingeniería, asegurando manufacturabilidad, mantenimiento y robustez. Impulsar mejoras en moldes para reducir tiempos de ciclo, scrap y costos. Desarrollar y fortalecer el sistema de mantenimiento preventivo alineado a estándares PEAK. Garantizar cumplimiento en seguridad, 6S y disciplina de datos de herramentales. Requisitos: Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Manufactura o experiencia equivalente. Más de 5 años de experie
