You will act as a technical subject matter expert, contributing to global MES standards and best practices while supporting factories and distribution centres through implementations, upgrades, and operational stabilisation. You will influence outcomes through your expertise and collaboration with site engineers, production teams, supply chain partners and external solution providers. You will work independently within a global manufacturing technology team. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to training courses. Your Key Responsibilities Deploy, upgrade and stabilise manufacturing execution systems (MES), including Ignition, across manufacturing and distribution sites Configure applications, screens, reports and interfaces to meet business needs while following global standards Support testing, commissioning and go‑live activities directly at site level Deliver user training and post‑deployment support to improve adoption, data qua
