Responsible for directing the day to day warehouse activity, including pulling, picking, staging, sorting and loading of customer orders as well as unloading and receiving inbound loads. Assigns resources as necessary to ensure daily goals are met. Provides training on company policies and procedures and ensures these policies and procedures are being followed. This position is the gatekeeper for quality and conducts quality audits on outbound customer loads in addition to providing in put on how to improve quality throughout the whole facility.
