About the Role The Times is looking for an executive assistant to support several leaders of visual desks, ensuring they can operate effectively. As the executive assistant you must also be able to represent these leaders, both internally and externally, in a manner that corresponds to the professional nature of the newsroom departments. This is a critical support role for everything operational and administrative. Organization is important, as you will work with newsroom leadership teams across the company. You are motivated by helping others and finding solutions and are always thinking ahead. You are a quick study, a strong communicator, and someone who enjoys excelling in a dynamic environment. Diplomatic and calm, you welcome challenges and look for creative solutions.
