The Role Founder's Associates work directly with the CEO and founders of Nevis on the most strategic initiatives in the business. You will be part of a small, elite team operating out of the CEO Office, embedded at the highest level of the company, with direct visibility into every major decision Nevis makes. We are looking for exceptional people who have consistently delivered in high-stakes environments and want to do the most impactful work of their career. You have real demonstrated performance behind you, whether as a founder, operator, or top-tier professional.
