We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic and technical initiatives across our AI/ML product portfolio. This role will drive product development, customer success, and internal program execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution, ensuring alignment, scalability, and impact. Key Responsibilities Program & Product Leadership - Drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs including new product development, enhancements, and customer deliverables. - Lead cross-functional planning and delivery across engineering, analytics, data science, product, and operations teams. - Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions and actionable roadmaps. - Manage program schedules, accounting for the iterative nature of AI/ML development lifecycles and aggressive time-to-market goals. - Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.
