Job Title : Senior Analyst - HR Operations Experience Range: 6 to 9 years Location : Bangalore We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - HR Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience from the very beginning. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization, Other HR Ops like employee queries, new joiners' coordination, goodies, joining formalities, mandatory trainings, employee profile data maintaining on HRMS, Separations and Payroll support. As the HR Ops representative, you will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective programs and other initiatives that align with our company culture and values. Your role will involve streamlining onboarding procedures, enhancing training materials, facilitating orientations and other HR ops projects in the organization. Responsibilities - Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all procedures are followed promptly and efficiently. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers to customize onboarding plans based on departmental needs and roles. - Develop, implement, and update onboarding
