About The Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management to serve as a strategic architect for the Brand Creative Studio's design ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Creative Operations and Program Management, you will be a key thought partner in reimagining how design operates is at its healthiest and most impactful level. Your mission is to bridge the gap between Core Design and Production Design, ensuring they operate as a unified, high-performance engine rather than parallel tracks. You won't just manage timelines; you will rethink the foundational "how" of our work-from optimizing review and approval cycles to establishing BCS as the definitive brand steward for the entire organization. You are a systems thinker who ensures that as we scale high-volume work for Netflix House and beyond, we never compromise on craft or brand integrity. Key Responsibilities 1.
