Senior Manager, Franchise Planning- Kids & Family About the Team The Franchise Planning team at Netflix is responsible for developing the long-term strategy and roadmap for key films and series across all fan touchpoints, in close cross-functional partnership both inside and outside the organization. Our goal is to drive long-term impact and value, define business objectives and opportunities, strengthen franchise moments, and deepen love for our stories. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Franchise Planning - Animation & Kids & Family to join the team. As a key team member and a passionate champion of our animated and kids & family brands, you will develop holistic franchise plans with internal and external stakeholders-always advocating for what is in the best long-term interest of the franchise and its audiences. Your work will guide intentional connectivity across all plans (short-term and long-term) and across all consumer touchpoints-from content and marketing to consumer products, publishing, games, live experiences, and more.
