As a Sales Partner for Netflix Ads in Japan, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing our agency-driven revenue strategy in one of the world's most sophisticated and dynamic advertising markets. You will be the primary strategic interface between Netflix and our Agency partners-responsible for elevating day-to-day collaboration, optimizing operational workflows, and strengthening long-term commercial relationships that unlock sustained revenue growth. You will work closely with senior sales partners and account managers, lots of cross functional teams and the broader sales ecosystem within our Agencies and Media Reps. Your mandate includes driving transparent communication on sales performance, deepening agency team understanding of Netflix Ads products, and jointly developing scalable processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market approach. The ideal candidate brings a sophisticated understanding of Japan's agency landscape, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven ability to negotiate complex, multi-year commercial agreements.
