The Product Merchandising organization delivers intuitive merchandising and local expertise to make it easy and enjoyable for our members to find and choose what to watch now, and next. To improve how we accomplish this, we consistently investigate and evaluate our work. The Performance Sr. Analyst role will be responsible for developing a learning agenda and tracking experimentation analyses for our new content categories (Live, Games, Podcasts, Sports, and more) for the Product Merchandising organization, with the goal of understanding title and catalog promotion, product and member behavior, and merchandising activations of these new experiences. Success in this role requires advanced knowledge of content distribution, experimentation metrics, and concepts, a curious mindset, and a collaborative spirit. You should be comfortable at the intersection of data and creativity, and thrive at translating information (data, facts) into understanding (stories and takeaways).
