The Team Commercial Operations empowers the Marketing Partnerships team to develop and execute programs with partners, brands, and advertisers, while maintaining operational excellence. We do this by delivering the most effective tools and workflow systems that enable the team to drive revenue at scale. The team is visible throughout the entire Partnerships and Ads organizations, and works in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment. The Role The Marketing Operations Manager leads program management for Marketing Partnerships' creative project management tools, owning implementation and optimization so that our creative teams can operate and unlock insights at scale. This role drives discovery to identify pain points and workflow improvements, translates user needs into future-proofed systems, manages a prioritized roadmap, and owns communications. They will partner with global Creative teams, Product, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Program Management of Creative Project Management Tools Own Program Management for creation and maintenance of Creative project management tools in Airtable (and other solutions) Lead the discovery phase to identify pain points, workflow adjustments, and scalable, future-proofed solutions Facilitate communications and drive alignment on Marketing Partnerships' requirements
