About the role The Network Operations team is responsible for providing support for Carvana's field operations team. The Network Operations Manager oversees and manages the performance and efficiency of a team of Network Operations Specialists, focusing on publishing the next day schedule, driving continuous efficiency improvement, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), troubleshooting operation disruptions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
