Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) familiar with both Studio and Production environments. This role will serve as a key partner to the day-to-day business, partnering closely with the Director, HRBP, who oversees Global Talent for Eyeline. The position will be located in our Seoul offices, with occasional travel to our other locations. Ideal Candidate: Eyeline Studios Korea is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Seoul-based studio and its employees. In this role, you will partner with a talented team of global visionaries working at the intersection of production and technology. You will help shape and drive strategic local HR initiatives aligned with the broader Eyeline and Netflix businesses, while integrating key Netflix norms, including talent workflows, compensation cycles, and performance evaluations.
