About this role

Executive Assistant, Content - Japan Tokyo,Japan Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. We are seeking an experienced, exceptionally strong Executive Assistant to support the Vice President, Content - Japan and other leaders within the Content team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactively tackle challenges, plan accordingly, be quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. They will need to place a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a very demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative. This role is based in Tokyo and requires fluency in both Japanese and English. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Proactively complete calendar management which includes scheduling meetings (both internally and externally), managing scheduling conflicts, prioritization, and confirming meetings multiple weeks to months in advance Complete travel management starting with identifying business impactful travels in advance. Also includes booking travel, organizing trip itineraries, and coordinating logistics for office and external visits.
