Job Summary: The Senior Factory Controller is the steadfast custodian of stewardship and governance for the facility. Trusted senior co-pilot to the Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Team with direct dialogue with the Operations Controller. Accountable for all factory financial matters (vision, organization, practices, initiatives/projects…) and provide fact based decision making on both short term objectives and on long term strategic initiatives.
