POSITION SUMMARY: The Factory Quality Supervisor is vital in preventing significant negative brand image impact as a potential result of non-confirming goods. Main job focus is on prevention and minimizing rejections, improvement of factory processes, and positive impact on plant costs of Quality and non-Quality. Leads a small team to plan, coordinate, and execute quality activities related to the production and release for a business unit produced in accordance with government regulations and Nestlé standards in a cost-effective manner. This will be a 2nd Shift Supervisor position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality guardianship - Notify appropriate production personnel / management of significant deviations and products blocked.
