We are looking for a Category Demand Supply Planning Lead to spearhead concurrent planning activities within our Planning Service Center. In this strategic leadership role, you will guide a multinational team, shape the planning capability for your category, and ensure reliable product availability that delights our customers and supports business growth. What You'll Do As the PSC Category DSP Lead, you will: Lead the Category Concurrent Planning team to deliver stable, reliable demand and supply plans using OMP and best‑in‑class planning practices. Champion a customer‑centric mindset to ensure the availability of fresh finished and semi‑finished goods at the right place and time. Drive collaboration across markets, factories, supply chain operations, and global stakeholders to ensure effective end‑to‑end planning. Support new business models, route‑to‑market strategies, and category growth initiatives. Provide direction to markets on priorities, arbitration, and allocations, ensuring adherence to agreed business rules. Partner closely with the Excellence and Digital Solutions teams to drive continuous improvement within the Planning Service Center.
