At Nespresso, we don't just sell coffee - we create moments. We're looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to help lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience in our Booragoon Boutique . This is a Full‑Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) role on a rotating roster, including alternate weekends, late-night trade and keyholder responsibilities. What you'll do Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience every day: Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within your team and customers. Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses. Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards. Act as the boutique's coffee leader - building team capability and cultivating a culture of learning. Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder.
