Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Admissions and Conversion Officer who will be responsible for the efficient, accurate and compliant processing of international student applications from submission through to enrolment, with a strong operational focus on turnaround times, system accuracy and offer conversion. Operating within a dual-system environment (Navitas's Student Management System and the University of Canterbury's admissions system), you will play a critical part in managing workflow efficiency, reducing processing bottlenecks and supporting sustainable enrolment growth. This role is operationally intensive and requires high attention to detail, strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage significant application volumes while maintaining high service standards and compliance. The position has no marketing responsibilities but contributes directly to enrolment outcomes through processing excellence, conversion activities and proactive conversion support. Qualifications: We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate the following: A tertiary qualification or equivalent admissions experience. Proven ability to manage high application volumes with accuracy. Experience working across multiple data systems simultaneously. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent attention to detail. High level of IT literacy (Student Management Systems, CRM, partner portals, MS Office). Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
