About this role
Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations US Remote Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations to own technical architecture, engineering delivery, and platform governance across Oracle Fusion and enterprise integrations. This role carries primary accountability for Oracle Fusion technical architecture and integration architecture (OIC, Boomi, AWS native integration gateways, APIs, event-driven patterns), while providing secondary technical oversight for Workday and Enterprise Tools (e.g., Atlassian). You will ensure scalable design, disciplined execution, upgrade readiness, intelligent automation enablement, AI adoption governance, technical debt remediation, and long-term platform sustainability. In addition to direct technical contribution, you will lead a team of Fusion, Integration, Workday, and Enterprise Tools engineers, enforce code and configuration governance, drive deployment discipline, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across platforms. Product Managers owns the “what.” This role owns the “how” and engineering integrity. Primary Responsibilities - Own domain-level Oracle Fusion technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and Procurement modules. - Define and enforce configuration standards, extension strategy, security model governance, and integration guardrails. - Assess platform health, identify technical debt, and lead remediation initiatives. - Lead quarterly Fusion upgrade impact analysis and regression governance. - Design and oversee implementation of extensions, workflows (BPM), Groovy logic, Flexfields, and master data controls. - Establish governance for AI and intelligent automation within ERP workflows. - Own integration architecture and strategy across Natera's SG&A applications and in-house tools. - Define API-first and event-driven standards across OIC, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, business events, middleware,
