Sr Product Manager - Oracle Fusion SCM San Carlos, CA Job Description Natera is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager - Oracle Fusion SCM within IS&T to own Oracle Fusion Supply Chain end-to-end from product strategy and roadmap to hands-on configuration, delivery, adoption, and value realization. This is a single-threaded owner role with deep business domain expertise across supply chain and manufacturing processes along with strong Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities. This role owns product outcomes, roadmap prioritization, automation impact, compliance, and measurable value realization and not just requirements gathering or ticket execution. You will serve as a trusted solution advisor and value delivery partner to the Supply chain & Manufacturing business, shaping digital strategy while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Product ownership: Own the product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog for Oracle Fusion SCM including Demand Planning & MRP, Product Data Hub (PDH), New Product Introduction (NPI/NIR), Manufacturing, Inventory & Costing, Logistics & Fulfillment. Drive full product lifecycle management from roadmap to backlog to delivery to adoption to value realization. Drive Platform adoption and value realization through KPIs and data-driven improvements. Drive Redwood transition and adoption working with SCM stakeholders. - Solution delivery: Perform Hands-on configuration and lead end-to-end solution delivery (design, UAT, upgrades, release readiness) - Business partnership: Serve as the primary IS&T partner and strategic advisor for Supply Chain & Manufacturing leadership.
