ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Set up, start, and operate Core and Jacket machinery handle materials according to operating procedures Monitor and operate production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Examine core and jacket produced visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards. Package the finished core and jacket materials in bundles /bags / boxes or pallets Refer issues/problems to Productions Lead or supervisors for disposition Perform all required machine cleaning. Document work completed as required including writing production/ bundle tickets/ production information on the bags. Participate in training, retraining, and continual improvement processes and methods. Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintains work area clean to required housekeeping standards Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or supervisor/ management team REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work process, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Must be able to operate/monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production Read and follow manuals and procedures Maintain a clean
