Index Sales Specialist Boston, MA, US Your Team Responsibilities MSCI is seeking a high-performing Index Sales Specialist to drive growth across Asset Management clients in Boston and the broader New England region. This is a consultative, front-line commercial role focused on expanding MSCI's index franchise with some of the world's most sophisticated investors. You will engage portfolio managers, product teams, and senior decision-makers to position MSCI's equity, fixed income, and multi-asset class indexes as core building blocks in their investment strategies. The ideal candidate combines capital markets expertise, intellectual curiosity, and a strong track record of closing complex sales. This is a highly visible role with ownership of strategic relationships, revenue growth, and long-term client partnerships. Your Key Ressponsibilities Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive revenue growth Identify, originate, and close new index licensing opportunities Lead senior-level discussions on index methodology, portfolio construction, and benchmark strategy Expand relationships across investment, product, and executive stakeholders Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts through execution Partner cross-functionally with Product, Research, Marketing, Client Coverage, Legal, and Finance to deliver a seamless client experience Gather and relay market feedback to inform future product innovation Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting Your skills and experience that will help
