Movable Ink is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution of our growing event portfolio, from our flagship Think Summit conferences to field events and industry tentpoles like Shoptalk and Salesforce Connections. You'll be at the center of how Movable Ink shows up in the market, shaping experiences that bring our brand to life for customers and prospects in rooms where deals get done. The role will be reporting to our Associate Director of Audience Engagement. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute Movable Ink's portfolio of owned, field, and third-party sponsored events, including Think Summit NYC, Think Summit EU, and industry conferences. - Manage and collaborate on end-to-end event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, shipping, staffing plans, signage, swag, and on-site execution - Partner with the broader Growth Marketing team to drive event registration and attendance, targeting 80%+ attendance
