As we scale towards €100m ARR, we're looking for a Product Led Growth Product Manager to help strengthen our product-led growth engine. This is a senior IC role at the intersection of product and revenue. You will own key parts of the customer journey across activation, upsell, and cross-sell, ensuring what we build creates real customer value and drives consistent revenue outcomes. What you'll do - Own the PLG motion across activation, expansion, upsell, and cross-sell. - Drive measurable growth outcomes through product strategy, experimentation, roadmap ownership and hands-on delivery. - Work across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product-led and human-led growth motions. - Help shape how AI-first ways of working are embedded across Product.
