Commercialization Project Manager USA - Corona, CA A Day in the Life: In the position of Commercialization Project Manager, you will lead the process of taking new or improved products from concept to market, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches. Responsible for the leadership and coordination of the cross-functional team efforts to manage end to end projects, from project intake including project scope and timeline development as well as the subsequent execution of project. Own the organization of supply chain stakeholders alongside the internal technical operations staff who are fully devoted to product development and project delivery. The Impact You'll Make: - Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings and ensure information is shared appropriately with leadership team. - Identify actionable items and update project tools for internal New Product Development (NPD) stakeholders as well as commercial and supply chain stakeholders. - Lead Project scope in stage 1 with cross functional team to work through challenges such as plant and process or regulatory readiness. - Develop timeline and workplan for all incoming NPD projects based on project statement of work and scoping with Supply Chain leadership -- idea generation, market research, product development, intellectual property protection, branding, marketing, etc. - Prepare, lead, organize and host commercialization meetings with various NPD, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders.
