About the role The Head of Recovery is a strategic leadership role responsible for architecting and executing Moniepoint's debt recovery framework. As a qualified legal professional, you will ensure minimal credit losses by optimizing the recovery unit's efficiency through a blend of rigorous legal strategy and operational excellence. In this capacity, you will develop and implement comprehensive recovery strategies, design the organizational structure of the recovery unit, and recruit high-caliber talent. Your deep legal expertise in debt litigation and asset recovery will be vital in navigating complex delinquency cases. You will leverage a data-driven approach to evaluate the efficacy of recovery tactics and personnel performance.
