About this role
Recovery Specialist Oklahoma City, OK, United States A Day in the Life: The Recovery Specialist is responsible for managing claims including billing, collections, and adjustments. This role partners with internal Sales and Operations teams and works with customers and insurance carriers to resolve claims over the phone and through email. We expect the starting wage to be around $16.85 per hour with the opportunity for incentives. The department currently rotates being onsite and remote on a weekly basis. What You'll Do: Contact accounts to resolve outstanding claims quickly and accurately. Research and document collection activities. Follow processes for account reviews and customer contacts. Partner with departments to address unique or sensitive account issues. Other duties as assigned.
