About this role
Senior Manager, HR Compliance - Americas United States MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Compliance to join our Americas Employee Experience team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Americas Employee Experience and is responsible for evolving, refining, and operationalizing a comprehensive compliance framework and strategy across the region. The role includes direct management of one team member responsible for immigration and global mobility within the Americas region, ensuring these programs are effectively aligned with compliance requirements and broader people strategies. As a key member of the Americas Employee Experience leadership team, this individual will help drive a culture of compliance and operational excellence, while also supporting team-wide planning, key initiatives, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). This role partners closely with regional Employee Experience leaders (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and maintains strong alignment with the Global Risk & Compliance function to ensure consistency in processes, policies, controls, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities - Lead the continued development, refinement, and execution of a scalable HR compliance framework across the Americas (policy, training, audits, and programs), including a roadmap for future capabilities - Build and embed a culture of compliance and best practices across the People Team and broader organization - Develop and implement programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies; ensure in-region compliance of HR policies, processes, and programs - Own and oversee immigration and global mobility programs for the Americas through direct management of a dedicated team member, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective vendor partnership, and
