About this role
Product Pricing & Monetization Strategy Senior Analyst New York City MongoDB is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Pricing & Monetization team to help shape how we deliver products and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, analytics, finance, and business operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and translate ambiguous business problems into structured product recommendations. This position requires a driven self-starter who is able to communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and successfully juggle multiple priorities. You take tasks from start to finish, are able to deliver value quickly, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. You are interested in both diving deep into product data and also extracting executive-level insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role is a hybrid / in-office role, with approximately three days per week in our New York City Office. Responsibilities - Evaluate and propose pricing and packaging for new product launches and for adjustments to existing offerings, including analyzing historical customer data, building business cases, and evaluating trade-offs - Build financial and operational models (e.g. revenue, margin, customer cohorting, usage models) to quantify the impact of pricing and monetization decisions and support key product decisions - Partner with Finance, Engineer, Product Management, and GTM to develop and execute cohesive strategies that align with customer needs, product roadmap, and financial objectives - Communicate strategic insights and recommendations to leadership - Conduct competitive benchmarking to understand market dynamics and R&D
