Manager, Technology Recruiting Austin; Palo Alto; United States We're seeking a Manager, Technology Recruiting to lead a high-performing team responsible for driving business-critical hiring across MongoDB's technical functions, including collaboration with multiple C-suite and senior executives. In this role, you will elevate the technology recruiting organization from an executional capacity into a strategic business partner by implementing best-in-class hiring practices and fostering an enterprise mindset rooted in alignment, innovation, and operational excellence, during our ongoing scaling phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to zoom in, to fine-tune the details of the recruiting process to ensure top-tier execution, and zoom out to provide insights and strategic guidance to senior business leaders. You will use data, analytics, and forecasting to inform hiring strategies, anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that MongoDB is positioned to meet ambitious hiring goals as we grow.
