JOB SUMMARY The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members. This role involves building strong relationships, effectively promoting studio memberships and retail products, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment. The Sales Associate plays a key role in guest conversions, member retention, and fostering a strong community aligned with the mission of SWTHZ.
