Our GBS history in Romania started in 2017, when Molson Coors Global Business Services was established in Bucharest, and since then we have become a 650 people strong organization and growing continuously. Claims specialist handles the claims process and monitor records involving these claims. Compiles and analyzes claims-associated data and documentation and perform related duties including tracking trends, noting patterns, and watching to detect any irregularities. They should perform or oversee investigations to validate the legitimacy of claims or verify the accuracy of invoiced amounts. Should serve as a liaison between numerous internal departments, including customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain and others. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage claims for customers including freight, shortages, overages, damages, chargebacks and any related claims tasks; Documents specific claims by completing and recording forms, reports, logs Resolves claims by approving or denying documentation, calculating benefits due, and determining compensation settlement.
