What we need: The Sr Sourcing Analyst is a high performing contributor who works with many suppliers with a focus on cost reduction, consistent high-quality, mutual efficiencies, and long-term opportunistic synergies. This role will be responsible for sourcing large-scale categories within Sourcing. What you'll do: Proactively seek out new suppliers/materials and capture market-driven cost saving opportunities through awareness of market drivers, negotiations, and synergistic opportunities, while simultaneously improving quality and operating efficiencies. Participate in new product development process as the primary purchasing resource for finding and selecting new product components and suppliers, with an aptitude for technical detail and manufacturing processes across a wide variety of raw material types. Meet with suppliers and provide data driven feedback on supplier performance. Assist Sourcing leadership in data gathering and analysis, providing recommendations and research in purchasing decisions of key materials. Promote
