Looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join the Sourcing Compliance Team with core responsibility of auditing Commercial, FAR 12 and FAR 15 contracting actions. Key Responsibilities Providing guidance and direction to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions by referencing the FAR, DFARS and company policies and procedures Auditing purchase order file documentation in accordance with (IAW) the Government Purchasing Manual (GPM) Assisting with developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations Interface with Procurement management and staff to assist in ensuring compliance to company policy and CPSR (Certified Purchasing System Review) requirements Collaborate to identify and standardize discrepancies in the auditing process to ensure uniformity Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Procurement and Sourcing sector Experience auditing and/or documenting purchase order, proposal and/or contract files IAW Government Contracting Regulations Experience with SAP and/or relevant ERP systems WE VALUE Master's Degree Experience interpreting FAR and DFARS, local and state law and regulations, and applicable international requirements Experience with AeroCMS and the Enhanced Procurement and Compliance Tool (EPACT) Government contracting experience Working in Team Environments Experience training individuals and teams Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience Demonstrated
