Sr Trade Compliance Analyst - Recon Phoenix, AZ, United States Sr Trade Compliance Analyst - Recon Phoenix, AZ, United States BE THE FIRST TO APPLY Job Description As a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst - Reconciliation here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will have a significant impact on the company's global operations and success. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, which is crucial for the smooth flow of cross-border transactions. By developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures, you will contribute to minimizing risks and avoiding penalties related to import violations. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's ability to navigate international trade regulations, maintain compliance, and facilitate the seamless movement of goods across borders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and Lead for the US value reconciliation program with respect to complex import compliance initiatives, including process improvements and digital transformation Ensure import transactions are executed in compliance with all applicable international trade regulations Ensure all reconciliation filings are compliant and submitted according to plan Partner with internal stakeholders and team members to ensure processes are standardized and current. Establish a robust operating system for key processes such as ACE administration and customs correspondence. Manage recordkeeping and import procedures relating to reconciliation Support SAP, GTS, and other system deployments. Conduct audits, training and oversight of related activities. Deliver training to small and large audiences Support special projects as required Understand and interpret International Trade Regulations with an emphasis on US Customs Regulations Provide guidance
