What we need: The Manager, Talent Acquisition - University Relations manages a team responsible for recruiting top early career talent across the organization, while directly overseeing the operations and program management of Mohawk's award-winning internship program. What you'll do: Lead, develop, and maintain a diverse and talented pipeline for early careers talent. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified early career candidates, including campus recruiting, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
